
12 Month Contract
Salary : 7000 RMB per month, paid around the 8th of each month;
Living allowance (covering accommodation, electricity and water, phone bills): 3000RMB, paid around the 8th of each month;
Travel Allowance Package (including international airfare and domestic fare to the destination): 10000RMB, to be paid 2 weeks before the expiration of the contract;
Productivity Bonus: up to 10000, subject to the approval of vice dean in teaching and learning; to be paid 2 weeks before the expiration of the contract;
Holiday: Chinese National Holiday and 20 days during winter and summer vacations.
Responsibility:
1. Teaching 18 periods (45 minutes per period) per week in the first semester, and 6 periods in the second semester, 16 weeks for teaching and 2 weeks for examination);
2. Be on the campus at least 35 hours per week during the academic semester;
3. At least one afternoon (around 2 hours) for the team meeting(part of the 35 weekday hours);
4. Curriculum Design, Timetable Arrangement, Monthly Report of the Operation to the Vice Dean In Teaching and Learning, Foreign Teacher Recruitment as required by the Vice Dean, etc. For the detail, see the attachment.
Basic Requirements:
1. Degree, in English or Education preferred;
2. TESOL or TFL Certificate;
3. 2 years’ teaching experience, IELTS teaching and experience in China and Asia preferred.
4. Experience in Management or in position of senior teacher preferred.
